WAAPA’s Bachelor of Performing Arts provides students with a broad, coherent knowledge of the performing arts alongside special skills units that explore specialist knowledge in more depth. The course is underpinned by core performance and management skills that are necessary to gain professional employment as a contemporary arts practitioner and to create new employment opportunities.
Auditions for the course run in late November and early December. Applications are submitted directly to WAAPA via the Online Admission System. Applicants for the Performance Making Major audition for entry and must also apply through TISC. The audition will assess a candidate’s ability to meet the technical requirements of the course and their suitability for the industry
