Informational, nightmarish comedy frolic
Sophie wants to be a proper grown up. The kind that can hold down a real job, understand how taxes work and wear matching socks on a regular basis. Unfortunately for her, she’s a bit of a dickhead.
Can she overcome her Peter Pan Syndrome and endless neuroses to leave childhood behind for good and take the plunge into the adult world in the time it takes to cook spaghetti bolognese?
Watch as she tries to prove her worth as a proper human being. Her social skills, appearance, employability and very mind will be put to the test as she tries to prove she can, you know, do stuff.
Become a Functional Adult in 45 Minutes is a relatable, bizarre look at what it really means to grow up. It’s the story of a borderline incompetent woman-child trying to figure it all out, complete with educational videos and handy tricks to help us all be a bit more functional.
