Here at The Blue Room Theatre we are collating a variety of useful resources in relation to Covid-19 and its impact on the arts. This ranges from the latest news to useful guides relating to Services Australia (Centrelink).

While the pandemic is ongoing, we will continue to update this page with more resources for the community.

In the meantime, stay safe and be well.

Western Australian Government
The WA Government’s resources on Covid-19. There are a variety of sections here that include latest news, community advice, business and industry advice, and FAQs.

MEAA
Similar to the LPA, MEAA (Media Entertainment Arts Alliance) has a variety of articles related to Covid-19. There’s information on accessing Centrelink, your rights at work, and more. The MEAA is a union for people working across the arts, entertainment, sport, outdoor, music, and events industries. They advocate, provide assistance, and discounts for their members.

ArtsHub

Theatre of Isolation
Sydney based Tooth & Sinew are facilitating networking, roundtables, play readings, and development via online software, dubbing it Theatre of Isolation. They would love to hear from artists at the moment.
