Booking tickets
To book online, select an event from What’s On and follow the prompts.
To book over the phone, give our Box Office staff a call on (08) 9227 7005, Tuesday-Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm.
To book in person, visit our venue during opening hours.
Online bookings close 2 hours before each session – however, we do occasionally have tickets to sell at the door so call our Box Office on (08) 9227 7005.
Waitlist
We have a digital waitlist for any sold-out show. Follow the regular booking process to be directed to sign up.
There are no refunds or exchanges except as required by our Code of Practice. View our Terms and Conditions here.
The only exception is if you purchase a Multi Show Pass, which allows you to exchange your ticket to another night prior to the original booking. To exchange your Multi Show Pass tickets, email info@blueroom.org.au
Booking fees
All of our ticket prices are inclusive of booking fees.
Concessions
We accept Student, Pensioners, Seniors Cards, Health Care Cards and Veteran’s Affairs for concession priced tickets. Please make sure you show it at the Box Office when checking in with our friendly staff.
Members
To purchase Member priced tickets, log in to your account at time of booking. If you’re a current member, this will automatically unlock discounted prices for you.
Companion Cards
We honour companion cards at The Blue Room Theatre. To book tickets with a companion card, call our Box Office on (08) 9227 7005.
Group Bookings
You can get a discount on your ticket price by booking a group of 6+.
If you’re interested in hosting a function, call our Box Office on (08) 9227 7005 or email info@blueroom.org.au to discuss our options.
School Groups
If you want to book your school group in to see a show, call our Box Office on (08) 9227 7005 or email info@blueroom.org.au.We offer 1 free teacher ticket for every 10 students you book. Our Ticketing Coordinator can talk you through our offerings from where to eat, to post-show Q&As.
Vouchers
To purchase a voucher for yourself or as a gift, head here.
To use a voucher, following the booking procedure and select voucher when prompted to pay.
Multishow Passes
The only thing better than seeing a show at The Blue Room Theatre is seeing lots of shows at The Blue Room Theatre! Offering you flexibility and saving you money, our Multi Show Passes help you get the most out of our Summer Night Season and Main Season.
Select a Multi Show Pass to purchase! They come in packs of 4, 8 or 14.
4 Show Pass
$116 for any 4 shows ($100 for Members)
Perfect if you are new to The Blue Room Theatre and want to dip your toe in
8 Show Pass
$232 for any 8 shows ($200 for Members)
Great for those who come regularly but are a bit more selective about what they see
14 Show Pass
$406 for most of our 2026 Season ($350 for Members)

Our standard ticket price for our Season is $27 – $32 so any multiple of that can guarantee a few shows.
