Fuel for your artistic evolution
This Winter Nights, we’re delivering 10 professional development workshops designed to spark creativity and build industry skills. From performance to producing and marketing to design, these sessions are here to empower, inspire, and strengthen our arts community.
Join us for a panel discussion and workshop with producers, editors and journalists from TV, radio, print, and online media, as they share practical advice on how to successfully engage with the press.
Discover what the media needs from you, from press releases and media assets to interviews and ongoing relationships and how to prepare your work for coverage across different platforms.
We’ll unpack the similarities and differences between media formats, offering tips on how to tailor your communications to suit each.
The panel will share practical tips and advice for handling interviews, before giving you the opportunity to put your new skills into practice through mock interview exercises in small groups.
The session will finish with a dedicated Q&A, giving you the chance to put your questions directly to the panel.
