To book in person, visit our venue during opening hours.

Booking fees
All of our ticket prices are inclusive of booking fees. There’s no hidden charges.

Concessions
We accept Student, Pensioners, Seniors Cards, Health Care Cards and Veteran’s Affairs for concession priced tickets. Please make sure you show it at the box office when checking in with our friendly staff.

Members
To purchase Member priced tickets, log in to your FERVE account at time of booking. If you’re a current member, this will unlock discounted prices for you.
Don’t forget to show your Membership card at the bar for a discount on food and drinks.

Companion Cards
We honour companion cards at The Blue Room Theatre.
To book tickets with a companion card, call our Box Office on (08) 9227 7005.

Group Bookings
You can get a discount on your ticket price by booking a group of 6+.
If you’re interested in hosting a function, call our Box Office on (08) 9227 7005 or email scott@blueroom.org.au to discuss our options.

School Groups
If you want to book your school group in to see a show, call our Box Office on (08) 9227 7005 or email scott@blueroom.org.au.
We offer 1 free teacher ticket for every 10 students you book.
Our Ticketing Co-ordinator can talk you through our offerings from where to eat, to post-show Q&As.

Vouchers
To purchase a voucher for yourself or as a gift, head HERE.
To use a voucher, following the booking procedure and select voucher when prompted to pay.

Waitlist
We have a digital waitlist for any sold out show.
Follow the regular booking process to be directed to sign up.

Lockouts
Most of our shows have a strict lockout once they begin so if you’re late you won’t be permitted entry. This also applies if you leave during the show to use the bathroom or go to the bar.
If you’re worried about arriving late and being locked out, give our Box Office a call and let our staff know.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customers who are locked out of a show.

Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges except as required by our Code of Practice.
The only exception is if you purchase a Season Subscription which allows you to exchange your ticket to another night prior to the original booking. To exchange your subscription tickets, email scott@blueroom.org.au.

The Blue Room Theatre is a member of Live Performance Australia and complies with the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice.

Wheelchairs
We welcome all patrons of all access requirements into our venue. Our lift can take you from foyer to bar, and our seating can be rearranged to accommodate your needs.
