Join SKIN artists Ian de Mello and Nadiah Biddle for a freestyle movement workshop that centres authenticity, emotional expression and connection. Rooted in the creative process behind their performance work, this session invites movers to explore identity through the body—unlocking freedom, intuition and personal language.

Through guided prompts, open movement and community exchange, participants will connect with themselves and each other in a supportive and spacious environment.
